World Creatorz does not offer refunds, but we do offer returns for size exchanges only.If you would like to exchange your item you can do so within 14 days of you receiving your order. The exchange item has to be in it's original condition, free of odors, unworn, and unwashed without body order or fragrance. If we don't have that item and or size in stock that you would like to exchange then you can receive another item of the same price, exchanges on limited releases and on exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please note that you are responsible for shipping your size exchange to us, and we will cover the shipping back to you. If your item is damaged, or you received the wrong order please contact us within 2 business days World Creatorz will cover the return shipping. Please ensure that your order is correct before checking out. Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Don't forget to check your spam and junk folders. If you still need additional help please contact us at

World Creatorz is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact. 

Orders are shipped out within 2-3 business daysMajor holidays also will increase shipping time.  

In the event that your order fulfillment is delayed  you will be notified via email.

USPS website states as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive.

Shipping is handled by USPS or UPS

World Creatorz is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again.

World Creatorz is unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.

International Customers

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 

Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e Covid 19 regulations, customs delays, etc.)

Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
